Yes, you do.
Okay, you probably do.

A lot of people, professional people I run into say “Oh, I don’t proces personal data. So GDPR doesn’t apply to me.”
Sorry person, you do, unless you don’t have anything to do with people in your business.

I mean. It could be.
Maybe you don’t have any employees and no contact to the outside world.
Then it might be true.

But what is personal data actually?

Personal data is any information which can be traced to a person. It can be as text, speech, a code, a picture, recording, video and etc. – Until a piece of personal data can’t be traced back to a person and he/she can’t be recognized.
That is when it is completely anonymized.

We work with a standard which is; If your mother can recognize you on a a piece of information, then it is not anonymized. It’s a good way to distinguish if the data is anonymized or not and a good rule to remember it by.

So what types of personal data is there?

In Danish national GDPR we have four categories. They are:

General personal data
- Name, e-mail, phone number etc.
Sensitive personal data
- Health, religion, political views etc.
Criminal personal data
- Could also be a verdict from curt, that your address is in jail etc.
Confidential personal data (CPR-no.)
- This one is specific for Danish national law since it isn’t addressed in the GDPR

So now what?

You just figured out that you are processing personal data but what to do now? Now you need to take steps to protect that data you are collecting, processing and might even sharing.

It’s actually your duty, legally.

This is long overdue … but in August 2020, I graduated as cand.soc.jur from the University of Copenhagen. I now hold the title: MSc in Social Science in Laws.

My thesis

I did my thesis in communication, rhetoric and GDPR.

My thesis treated the question: How can smaller e-commerce shops make their policies on their websites, so they go from the (hard to understand) legal language to a clear language (so everyone understands)?

My thesis was in five main parts:

A case company analysis
- Made up a complicated case
Legal analysis
- Relevant GDPR
From the marketing perspective
1. Mainly treating: Why the personal data so important
An analysis of the results with communication and rhetoric theory
- A research survey
- Communication and rhetoric theory used on the survey
- A document analysis
A final guide for companies to make their cookie- and privacy policies with.
- The background
- The guide for the pop-up and how to build the policies

I must admit I wanted to do a little better but as the situation was with the lockdown and everyone working from home, it interfered with my process and I ended up renting an office space to work on my thesis.

It was also a writers block …

I had already made the research survey and sent it out, so I had gathered a lot of usable data and I had structured the whole thesis and already had my research question. The only thing missing was writing it.
I rented the office and for one-two weeks I worked on it very little, because of work. Then two weeks before handing it in, I was working on it for more than twelve hours a day.

I don’t recommend anyone doing that … really don’t.

Kudos to my supervisor who really pushed me through the last weeks. Anne-Lise Kjær, you are just amazing! Thank you!

The exams went amazing. The censor was a judge. That surprised me a bit, but he was really cool and I managed to keep my calm.

I just got my master’s in 2020 but I was learning the regulation before it was inforced. I have been processing personal data for almost eight years (soon) and working with all the legal aspects that comes with an e-commerce business.

I am looking forward to see what the future brings!

I might share some of my findings from my thesis. We really need to do something about communicating GDPR in a way that people in of every education level knows, what they are giving consent to.

WHY ARE YOU SURPRISED EVERY TIME?

So lately in Denmark there is a debate going on about social control, when the real problem is discrimination in the job market. In Denmark women with hijab have to apply to 60 percent more jobs than one without.
Yep, 60 percent more.

And our dear politicians focus is; social control, which is not even that big of a problem in our society.
I am against social control and haven’t seen it in my circle, but apparently it’s okay for politicians to make up something as long as it is against Muslims …

“What? How is that possible?!”

So me, being me. I can’t be put in one box alone.
I have always had this entrepreneurmindset for as long as I remember. Lucky me, my family has always been supportive.
Just like most of the non-Muslim and Muslim parents out there.

Often when I meet new people, they are surprised by my achievements at a young age.
(I still don’t feel I have done anything special, but let us take that up at another time.)

Hijab vs non

So when I started my first company at the age of 21, it was without hijab, back in 2013.

Trying to do something good for my business and the community I meet with many people.
A lot of them are amazing.
Really.
Everyone from boys from so called “ghettos” to successful entrepreneurs and CEOs.

People were surprised when they found out my age but … not as surprised as when I decided to put on my hijab.

Then …
I noticed a difference in people’s reactions to me being an entrepreneur.

Without hijab: Utterly amazement and recognition.
With hijab: Surprise, amazement and recognition.

Amazing right?
Putting on my hijab made such a difference.

I know, all those people meant it well and they didn’t have any bad intentions, but we have a distorted picture of women with hijab.

So much, that when one of us stands out, it becomes such a surprise, that it is all over their faces and body language.

It shouldn’t be.
Women in hijab are in every field all over the world. Be it in the police, military, medical field, business, entrepreneurs, sports etc.
How come it becomes such a surprise in Denmark, when one of us is excelling at something?

Boxing hijabi

I recently took up boxing and was looking for boxing gloves to try, before buying them. Therefore, I went into a store that sells sportswear.

Keep in mind, I was wearing a maxi dress, my hijab and a leatherjacket. I didn’t want to waste time walking around in the store to look for the gloves myself, so I went straight to the cashier.
I waited for my turn.
I went to him, asking him if they had boxing gloves.
He looked at me as if I was from Mars.
He kindly said no but the surprise was all over his face.

My sister, who was with me and I had a good laugh out of it, as we were driving home.
The friends I told, did too.

But … the question I am left with is: Why is it such a surprise?

Is it because we have such a distorted picture of Muslim women who wears the hijab? Why is that?

Why is it that especially Muslim women have such a bad image of being weak?
Why is it so unsual that I go to boxing?

In my circle. Most of the relationships I see, is where the women are tougher than the men but still the image we have, is opposite.

Why can’t we accept hijabies to be like normal women?
Why is it that, just because we choose to wear a hijab, we suddenly become less than the rest?

A person is a person.
A woman is a woman.
A man is a man.

It shouldn’t matter how we dress.
It just shouldn’t.

Som nogle af jer allerede ved, er jeg i gang med mit speciale. Specialet skrives i kommunikation og retorik, samt GDPR.

I den forbindelse skal jeg undersøge hvad der vil få den almindelige forbruger, til faktisk at læse de betingelser og politikker der er i en webshop og ikke bare tikke boksen af.

Vil du gerne lære om Islam, men ved du, at du har svært ved fysisk at møde op hver gang?

Du har nu chancen for at lære Islam, hjemmefra sofaen eller et helt andet sted, som du selv bestemmer.

Det er ikke hvem som helst der underviser. Det er en Mufti der er opvokset her i Danmark, har dansk uddannelse. Det er Mufti Imran bin Munir Husayn. Han har islamisk uddannelse, med ijazah (tilladelse) til at videreformidle viden. I over 15 år, har han formidlet islamisk viden på dansk.

1. Min største anbefaling

Jeg har selv, været til flere kurser hos IslamAkademiet og det er klart noget jeg altid og med god samvittighed anbefaler andre.

Det er lige meget hvor i landet eller i udlandet du befinder dig. Du kan altid være med, så længe du har internet og kan dansk.

Kan du ikke lige nå at være med, så skal du blot melde afbud og se lektionsoptagelsen senere. – Det er dog bedst at være med live, hvor du med det samme kan stille spørgsmål og få opklaret evt. tvivl, som du får under eller efter undervisningen.

1.1 De to kurser

Der udbydes lige nu to kurser, uafhængige af hinanden. Selvom du aldrig har studeret islam før, kan du være med.

Personligt, synes jeg at de begge kurser er vigtige (jeg skal med til begge to). De starter op d. 14 december, så skynd dig at tilmelde dig, så du ikke glemmer det!

1,2 Troslære (‘Aqidah)

Imam al-Ṭaḥāwīs troslære, utrolig vigtig for os som muslimer. For hvis vi tror på noget forkert, kan vi aldrig have den fuldkomne tro og opnå retskaffenhed. Vi kan hurtigt blive vildledt og vores Akhira kan blive en destruktion af os selv.

Derfor er det rigtig vigtigt for os, at beskytte vores iman og kunne genkende hvad vores tro er.

I vores tid er der nemlig en del, der uden kilder og uden den rigtige viden, går rundt og spreder løgne om islam og dermed vildleder andre. Det er ikke kun farligt for dem selv, men også for alle dem de vildleder.

1.3 Grunduddannelse modul 4

Som muslim er det også vigtigt, at lære at recitere koranen og forstå i hvert fald nogle af kapitlerne. Det er også en vigtig ting, at lære nogle bønner (dua’a) der gør det muligt for os, at kommunikere med Allah så bedste vis.

2. Hvorfor?

Fordi vi som muslimer er forpligtet til at søge viden om islam.

Tænk … hvis vores egen ‘Aqidah ikke er på plads og hvis vi ikke ved hvordan man laver en smuk dua’a, Hvordan skal vi, lære vores kommende generationer det? Det er vores pligt at tilegne os selv viden.

5 GRUNDE TIL ALTID AT LÆRE OM PROFETEN MUHAMMAD ﷺ

Konferencen: Profeten Muhammad ﷺ – Hvem er han til os? – Kommer jeg tilbage til sidst i indlægget.

1 Jeg følte mig som en dårlig Muslim

Da jeg blev ‘stor nok’ til selv at vælge, ville jeg ikke studere islam. Jeg synes at det var en for stor forpligtelse i forhold til at jeg skulle møde op hver uge, på samme tidspunkt, på samme sted. Jeg havde bare ikke interessen.

På samme tid, gik jeg rundt og kæmpede med mig selv, da jeg følte at jeg var en dårlig muslim.

Jeg havde utrolig svært ved at tage første skridt for at begynde at studere Islam. Jeg havde nemlig ikke det forhold til Islam, som jeg al-ḥamdu li-Llāh har i dag.

Jeg tror der stadig er mange der går rundt og har det på den måde, som jeg havde den gang. – Det er der ikke noget galt i at føle. Faktisk synes jeg, at det er en god ting. Det viser at vores sjæle prøver at fortælle os, at vi har behov for Islam.

2. Moksébarn, uden den rigtige kærlighed

Jeg plejede at tage til moské med mine forældre, siden jeg var helt lille. Faktisk underviste min mor i en moské, før og efter hun fik mig. Vi tog også til diverse arrangementer i forskellige moskéer.

Det sørgelige var, at jeg ikke havde den kærlighed til Profeten Muhammad ﷺ som enhver muslim bør have. Mens jeg voksede op, vidste jeg …

hvem han er.
hvordan jeg bør føle om ham.
hvad jeg skal gøre, når han bliver nævnt.
hvornår jeg ved, at en person er helt forkert på den.
hvordan jeg skal forsvare ham, hvis nogen siger noget grimt.

… men den rigtige tørst og kærlighed for Profeten Muhammad ﷺ manglede simpelthen. Den tiltrækning jeg har til ham i dag, den var meget lille. Alt for lille.

Da vi tog til moskéen for at høre taler, lyttede jeg, – men det røg nærmest ind ad det ene øre og ud af det andet. Talerne den gang, var altid på urdu, da imamerne var fra Pakistan.

Hvorfor sådan, til trods for at min fascination for sprog?

Jeg bildte mig selv ind, at det var grundet deres mindre forståelse af hvordan vores samfund er i Danmark. Hvordan vi unge er opvokset her, samt hvilke begrænsninger og friheder som vi har her.

Det var det også, dog kun lidt.

Det største problem jeg havde, har jeg allerede forklaret.

Mange gange forstod jeg heller ikke hvad der blev sagt, så det gav mig ikke det, de ældre forstod.

Det er slet ikke den måde jeg lytter på i dag.

3. I dag forstår jeg

I dag forstår jeg ordene på urdu, punjabi, dansk og engelsk. Hvordan det kan være? Det er fordi jeg har fået forståelse for kærligheden til Profeten ﷺ.

Hvordan har jeg pludseligt fået forståelse?

Det er takket være de to lærde, der plejede at sidde i flere timer ad gangen og vente på svar fra Imamer, på de spørgsmål de havde. Nogle gange sad de og ventede i otte timer adgangen, efter skole eller i deres weekender.

Så meget adab (respekt), som de udviste for lærde og Islam i deres teenageår, har ført dem til det, som de er i dag. – De år hvor de flest har været på vej i alle mulige forkerte retninger. De år har de brugt på at søge viden, lige meget hvordan de blev behandlet.

I dag er de begge to Muftier (må Allah Ta’Llah bevare dem begge). Det er de to storslåede personligheder, som vi bliver velsignet med, til konferencen, subhanaLlah.

De har begge i over femten år, formidlet Islamisk viden, her i Danmark. De er de begge utrolig dygtige til at formidle viden ma sha’a Llāh.

4. Kærligheden var der pludselig

Da jeg startede med at tage til deres oplæg, følte jeg 1. at jeg aldrig at blive talt ned til, 2. forstod pludseligt hvert eneste ord og 3. de styrkede min iman, mens de lappede de huller jeg havde.

Det var på en helt anden måde, end det jeg var vant til.

Jeg begyndte pludseligt at elske at tage hen og lytte til deres oplæg. De forøgede min kærlighed til Profeten ﷺ. Jeg fik pludselig øjnene op for hvilken smukke religion Islam er.

Den tiltrækning der havde manglet, var der pludseligt. Jeg begyndte selv, at tage initiativ til at tage til Islamiske oplæg, uden at mine forældre skulle sige det til mig.

En gang gik det pludseligt op for mig, at jeg er begyndt at elske at lære om Islam, herunder også Profeten ﷺ.

Ingen behøvede at trække mig.

Ingen behøvede at spørger mig om at jeg skulle med.

For selvfølgelig skulle jeg med.

4.1 Brug for mere viden

Pludseligt blev det ikke svært for mig, at tage en beslutning om at starte på Islam studier, ved siden af alt det andet jeg går og laver. – For mig, forøgede kærligheden til Profeten ﷺ, min tørst for Islam. Min sjæl finder nu ro når jeg lytter til eller studere Islam.

Studier
Oplæg
Hadith
Islamiske helligdage, herunder også Ramadan

Det hele har fået en helt anden betydning for mig. En spirituel betydning.

5. Kom og lær noget om Profeten ﷺ ….

… som aldrig præsenteret før.

Begge Mufti Imran bin Munir Husayn og Mufti Tariq Muhammad Amin har udarbejdet oplæg, som vi slet ikke er van til at høre. Det bliver en intellektuel konference, hvor vi alle kan stille de spørgsmål vi kommer til at få eller i forvejen sidder inde med omkring Profeten ﷺ.

Min største anbefaling er, at man deltager i Konferencen: Profeten Muhammad ﷺ – Hvem er han til os?

Hvorfor?

For at forøge vores viden og kærlighed til Profeten ﷺ.

I dag kan jeg til enhver tid lytte til oplæg/undervisning om Profeten ﷺ. Selvom jeg har hørt den samme ting, hundrede gange før.

Du behøver hverken være praktiserende eller muslim for at deltage. Alle er velkomne.

Der er ingen andre der vil tage skridtet for dig. Hverken din fremtidige mand/kone, dine forældre, søskende, venner eller naboer. Det er vores eget ansvar, at søge viden om Islam.

5 BETTER WAYS TO USE LINKEDIN TO LAND YOUR DREAM JOB

Over the years, LinkedIn has developed their platform for job seekers and for companies looking for employees.

Linkedin is now a must-check-tool, when a person is looking to hire.
Even when they don’t actually look for you at Linkedin, they will google you, and there Linkedin (usually) pops-up as one of the first.

LinkedIn is getting better at matching companies with job seekers but it is far from perfect. Therefore, you need to fill that gap they haven’t been able to.

You need to become visible.

You need to add some sparkle.

You really need to stand out.

I have gathered 5 things here, never to do on LinkedIn

In this post, you will get five better ways to make your LinkedIn pop!

1. Don’t make this headline fail

Never ever just write; looking for a new job etc. The headline is the first thing people see after your name and picture.

Yes, the first thing. Think about how important that is.

Yes, exactly; very important!

You have about 200 characters (with space) to make yourself attractive and stand out from everyone else.

Why should anyone click on your profile?

This is where you tell them.

The first 73 characters are shown, in small places, like the comment sections.
The first 83 are shown in the posts.

This is where you make them click.

This is where you tell them what you can/do and what you want to work with.

It is hard to do. – A good idea, is to tell someone about your skills and what you want to work with and have them write your headline. Afterwards you need to fix it, to your taste.

Remember; it is never done.

I have seen many better and worse. Right now, this works for me.

You need to check out well-known people in your industry and your colleagues. Find one or two thing(s) in each headline that works and what doesn’t work.

Use theirs to better yours!

Like our elders always tell us; Learn from others mistakes.

If you find it suitable, you can use a couple of emojis but remember to check them on desktop and mobile. They need to be suited.

Don’t worry, the rest of the points are not this long. This one is just very important.

2. Stop being unspecific and talking in terms

Many times, without even realizing it, we are unspecific. Many have a hard time getting things down in writing, what we have in our heads. Most of the time we don’t even realize that others have no clue of our terms.

We tend to think; I know, so he/she knows too.

I know from working with marketing for more than six years, that people don’t always understand what I am trying to tell them. I actually realized this, when I started to sell nail polish in 2013.

A product that most people know about and think using it is easy. In reality, very few knows how to use it. There is a whole process and ways to make the nail polish stay on the nails for a long time.

The nail industry is so big, outsiders probably can’t even imagine. People in that industry, almost have their own language. – Yours does too.

Terms, weight, scale, metaphors, do’s and don’ts etc.

Like c-curve, it is very common thing in the nail industry.

You probably had to google what it was, right?

3. Stop being private, be open

Who cares? If you really want a good job, keeping everything private in your Linkedin-profile is not-the-way-to-go. It is not as if you are giving the whole world your living-address. You are just going to share some information, you have chosen, yourself.

Those who are looking to hire, need to be able to get some ‘attractive’ information out from your profile, even if they have just googled you, in private mode.

Not everyone wants to let you know, that they have looked at your profile. Respect that.

I know my new clients check my online presence before contacting me.
I also know my boss did, before he called me in for an interview.

If you feel like it is crossing some line, you can just change it, until you land the job you want and then change it back to private. It’s not that hard.

4. Start showing your work

This is actually such a cool feature. As soon as I discovered it, I started using it. Unfortunately, not everyone is using it.

My links are also old and some without pictures. I need to cleanup in there.

It is a neat way of showing your work by linking to:

An article, you were mentioned in or interviewed for
A video you are in or of the project you are working for or have
Your own blog or website, where you share your expertise

You get the point, right?

It doesn’t matter if you have a portfolio somewhere else. Only a few will check it out there.

The person checking your LinkedIn is the one, you need to show your work too.

5. Start sucking-up, visibly

Of course, in a way that’s not too obvious and in a way that it isn’t too much. If they are very active on LinkedIn, become active on their page.

Follow the page(s)
Like their posts
Share some of the interesting posts, but not too many
Comment (ask, confirm, etc.) – This will make them recognize you.
If you find a mistake, don’t humiliate them but send them a private message

Bonus tip

Don’t put all your apples in one basket. Choose a few good companies, you would like/love to work for and go after them, with full willpower!

If they don’t work out. Find a few new companies and try again.

What is it with LinkedIn, that non of the other social media has been able to do?

It is that blue side of people.

(No, not the sad blue, but the professional blue.)

Other platforms are actually really good to reach consumers, but LinkedIn is a little different.

In this post, I will tell you things you should NEVER do on LinkedIn.
LinkedIn is a little tricky and therefore it is very hard for new people on the platform to figure out what to do and whatnot.

This is for you!

1. Sending invitations without messages

Everyone one has done this!
It is only okay in the situation, when you have meet the person and you know that he/she knows about you and you guys are going to be meeting many times to come.

Otherwise, do not do it!

Just add a small personal message.
It is not that hard!
And you give the person a much better presentation of yourself, then just letting your profile to speak for itself.

And trust me, it is not everyone, who has profiles that actually show their talent.
Wouldn’t you rather just use a couple of minutes to write a short message then risk being ignored?

It might be your next big opportunity.
Maybe the person knows a person, who can get you that job you are interested in.

2. Sending sales messages, as soon as accepted

This is just like being shot by a bazooka!
I mean … I am sitting here like, “Oh cool, an interesting person!”
HOWEVER as soon as I accept.
*Bing!*
I receive a message, something like this …
‘Hi Hafsa,

Are you interested in buying bla bla bla …’

Just stop doing that.
I don’t want this kind of person to be in my network.

I don’t want to be sold something.
I want to connect to interesting people!

If you have to sell me something, then do it in a proper manner!

I want you do make me like you, your product and believe that the price is actually right and you are not just trying to rip me off!

3. Just posting stuff and not interacting with others

You just want to post and not interact with others.
You just want people to click on your links, like your post and comment.

Yeah … just remember if you really want to have people like you, you need to make them notice you, with kindness, be helpful and a little witty.

You will become top of mind.
Think about it.

Why would you remember a person?
He/she is noticeable by …

popping up in the comments you see.
him/her sharing relevant posts/articles.
seeing the person help others.
remembering he/she helped you, when you needed help.
getting recommended by others you trust.
seeing that person as an expert – this one is hard to reach but worth it!
and properly something else.

But you have gotten my point right?
You need to become this person!

It will open so many opportunities for you!

4. Expecting something in return

This actually goes for everything you do.
Never ever expect anything in return for what good you do for others.

If you do … you won’t be able to do it for very long.
You will simply loose the motivation and drive for doing it.

Make this a life-rule!
You will find yourself feeling satisfied with yourself and won’t need anything from others.

If someone does do something good for you be happy about it.
See it as a nice gesture.
And don’t expect that person to do it again.

If he/she does it again.
Just enjoy it.

5. Have a poor picture

This one is very common.
Please just think about your image.

Do you want to look like someone who just woke up or a party-person?
Or someone who is professional, presentable and approachable?

The latter, right?

Just get one taken by a professional or just have someone at home take it.
It is easy now.
You just need a one-color-background and a smartphone.

I am dead serious!

When you are going to startup, you will need a startup budget. There are many templates out there but the one I use is these budgettemplates, which I have modified myself.

This is a version I used for my first online store. The numbers are fictional but I tried to make them a little realistic.

This budget is not only for when you startup a company. This is also, for when you need to start a new project, even in your private life.

For example when remodeling your old house or when buying a new one.

This ways you will get a good overview of the money going out of the company or your pocket. It is very easy to use, you just have to plot in your numbers, and it will total it all for you.

If you do add a new line, make sure to add it in the calculation otherwise, you will get a wrong total.

Importance of budgeting

It is very important to use a budget. If you don’t you, will probably go over budget and not have any idea of how you used all that money at once.

It is also a guideline for you, to make sure that you have the money, before you start using them on other things.

Never ever

Never use money you don’t have. Unpredictable things happen all the time, like …

You didn’t sell enough

You had to buy something expensive

You bought too much on credit and don’t have money to pay

You might have a break-in

Or something else unpredictable

Bonus tip

Maybe you have heard many entrepreneurs say that you should always multiply your budget with a number of times. Some say three, others five, some even ten.

I think this is a very hard thing to specify since it depends on the type, size, etc. of your company and how cost effective you are.

I think multiplying first year’s budget with five to seven and then later years with two to three gives a good overview.

Again, it does depend on how many expenses are connected to your type of company.
After doing a startup budget, you should do an operating budget for the first three years. It will give you a goal and an overview of the company. Read more about it why and how on X2Writers blog.

7 PROS AND CONS FOR KEEPING YOUR BEDTIME ROUTINE

First of all, I apologize for not writing as much as I used to. I will try to be more constant from now on.

Even if I am just writing mumbo jumbo.

Kidding … of course.

Do you really think I would waste your time?

Do you?!

Ok, I got that out of my system.

Now to the serious part.

I have earlier written about how to better your sleep quality. This is the one, I am blabbing about:

How to be more effective by sleeping right

I concentrated the post on how to get the right sleep. Now I will tell you about the pros and cons about when you keep to your routine.

This is not only for you but a reminder for myself too. Lately, I have started a messed up routine. – I do not plan to continue this way.

Let us start with the pros.

PROS

1. Your internal clock starts working right

After two weeks’ time and you keeping to your sleeping routine, your body should be used to it. That will make you wake up at you own most likely, before you alarm clock goes off.

Which not only gives you an amazing feeling, but also it will not make you so cranky, since your sleep was not disturbed.

2. More time to do be effective

You feel like you finally have time to get things done. When you feel like it, you will actually get more things done.

3. You get extra time

Finally, you will start to have extra time to do the things you want, whether it is to read, write, film, draw, reflect, spend more time with your loved ones or whatever you like to do.

4. Feeling more driven and motivated

Yes, amazingly, you will start to feel like you are actually doing something positive and using your time wisely.

This will also make you believe more in yourself and before you know it, you will be looking back and thinking, ‘Huh? Have I really become so far, already?’

5. More willing

You will have more energy and you will suddenly be able to help others or finally do things, you have been putting off.

CONS

6. You can’t break your routine

If you break your sleeping routine, it is hard to get back at it again. You need to be consistent and sometimes you will have to be the mood killer, but it is for your best.

If it is necessary, you can only be one hour late for bed. That is it. It will happen that you break your routine. When it happens, you have to get back on it as soon as possible.

No late parties! Yes, it means no late parties or a night out. It might sound boring, but having fun, does not equal staying up all night.

7. Get up, even if you slept bad

It will happen that you cannot fall asleep, especially in the beginning.

When you get up at the same time every morning you will start to be able to sleep at the same time, every night.

Remember: It takes about two weeks for at person to get used to a permanent routine. It takes patience and sacrifice.

This is how you get most out of the day

We all have the same 24 hours every day. What we do with them, is what counts.

Getting better sleep and be fresh every day, makes you work wonders.
